Wipe your gear down after each session and let it air-dry away from direct sunlight. Fabric items — straps, bands, wrist bands, headbands — can be hand-washed with mild soap; skip the washing machine and dryer to protect stitching and elasticity. Keep liquid chalk tightly capped and store everything in a cool, dry place between workouts.
